2 nice earnings plays DOV and FSR
In these harrowing markets these two companies shine. Both broke out of cup & handle chart formations to the upside.

April 3: John Brown, Senior Investment Officer at CIMCO comments, ``Dover (NYSE: DOV - news) is a diversified industrial company. It has about 40 people working at its headquarters in New York, and it is very decentralized. It owns 50 operating companies, most of which are number one or a strong number two in the various industries that they operate in. It's very diverse, and they basically get very high returns on all their businesses, or they sell them.'

FSR met earnings expectations which were not low.. Its ranked 7 out of 57 banks in the midwest.. with extremely high Number of brokers recommending as: Strong Buy 14
Moderate Buy 10.
