ppt is a myth.

supposedly the government has a vested interest in keeping the markets at high levels to keep the population happy and perhaps get democrats reelected.

so supposedly somewhere there is a large amount of money that the fed, or the cia, or treasury throw at the market any time there is a market decline to contain or reverse the damage.
