I hope I am wrong too, but today and Monday will tell the tale. A fundamental shift in psychology is happening here. Most of my brokers clients are still buying the dips, but remember I posted the news article that indicated 74 percent of all trades at a firm were made by 0.5 percent of their customers (ie... day traders). I would guess a lot of them have been removed from the equation from now as they were not prepared to be net short. It will be a while before they just back in with net long positions.
