<<Pocket PC launch on Wed,>>

What? Another failed reshash of Pocket Windows 1.0? Which was rehashed as WinCE (which is currently failing in gaining market).

When will Microsoft learn that people do not want to stare at a zillion complex menues on a tiny screen that crashes all the time.

There is a reason the Palm has 82 percent market share (1999 figures up from 72 percent in 1998).

The reason is, it is simple and easy to get information while you are on the go. (Plus hundred more software applications that many programmers enjoy cranking out).

Show of hands. How many people here use a WinCE device that they didn't throw into the junk drawer after a week?

How many use their Palm Pilots daily?

Microsoft should throw it away and start from scratch instead of reashing failed technology!
