will, the ppt's function was to give the knuckleheads more cash to dump in the markets. unfortunately, each ppt action further leveraged the numbskulls as many added margin on top of their debt.

issuing more credit may not work anymore.

this may be the last hurrah. maybe not. but we KNOW the ppt made this problem much worse due to their moral hazard policies.
