Of course TERN fell, and the "venom" largely ceased here.

I almost mentioned earlier that in the case of AMPD the lawsuits likewise came after "pluvia" reported...if I remember correctly he allowed that he had knowledge suits were coming- as he spewed his anal sex jokes- and before multiple suits actually did hit the news. Unfortunately on Raging Bull where I thought I'd dredge up such postings, I see he is indeed gone...including apparently, ALL the posts he ever put there on any of its boards.
