It's an oscillator that measures gapless movement, that is, the extent of up and down movement minus gaps. However on a weekly chart it doesn't amount to much more than RSI or something like that. The range in question is the range of the oscillator itself. The lower end of that is currently at -900. I'll show the chart when it gets down there, if it ever does. Or if you wish to see it at any other time please let me know.
