Clint, I believe I opened that note saying it was dated, but thanks for noticing. The methodologies hold true for both then and now.

You seem to be in a bit of a snit today.. so I'll suggest we differ only in who we are calling day traders. The common use refers to those legions of small players who have to close out their positions each day and on average don't have a great deal of money to play with.

I'll add that I think the real energy comes from house players and black box institutions that swing hundreds of millions to many billions each day.
