d go hold on to what you have bought. the story is a macro tech story and not just a stock story. the story is unwinding before your eyes. i lightened up from 100% long to 65% cash when my bios caught fire. did the company specific story change?

nope. valuations did.

the point that will have to be driven home to you is that 15-20% eps growth rates trade at 15-20 pes in normal business times. 40-50 pes are an anomoly. 5-7 pes are also an anomoly, but they do occur.

but you don't figure in that line that line of thinking b/c one dimensional is, by definition, one dimension.

you probably don't even know what changed dollars are and how they totally distort productivity (in a statistical unreal way) and lay waste to the computer productivity miracle idea.

please don't get on the due dilly soap box if you aren't educated enough to at least address the basics.

i'm waiting for your thorough discussion on the impact of chained dollars on productivity growth. it'll will be a while, won't it ;-)

btw, please don't act like you are the only one making money. a monkey with a buy button sitting next to a keyboard where all keys said amzn shortly after the ipo is crushing your returns (please adjust for the latest meltdown - yesterday is yesterday).

the only difference is the monkey probably isn't bitter b/c to him a stock is a stock and not something to fall in "wuv" with.

i've made plenty of dough and i'm quite happy with the 400% return on lgndw (sold), 350% return on gztc (sold) and the 200% i made on trps (sold). the ONLY reason i mention these returns is that you are so petty as to claim you are right b/c you make money.

you will have to do better than that, bubbles.
