CNBC is doing it's part. Art Cashin just had a great comment from the floor of the NYSE. He said folks want to get out in order to prevent their 401K's from turning into 201K's...

The market really didn't care all that much when it was $2 billion, the market won't worry too much if it goes to $1 billion.

I'd say there are a few dozen more issues that are more important than that for DELL shareholders, particularly right now.
