Everything I look at for AMD seems to say the stock should go up. The only thing that makes me worried is the way the market has been acting. I think this is just a big "corection", but what if we are entering an actual bear market?

Tim,

A bear market indicates a recession is coming. What evidence of a recession do you see?

IMHO, It's just a nasty correction, and bear market is out of the question - economy is doing pretty well, companies are reporting good earnings, interest rates are not near any where to being sky high, etc. When comes to AMD, it's in a very good shape and its share price will recover pretty fast from the current levels. Only thing one has to worry about is with over valued stocks with astronomical PEs.

PS: Any body would care to guess where AMD share price would have been today if it had come out with less than 80 cents EPS?
