What will Barrons write as a cover story on behalf of the biggest players? What will Abbey Joseph Cohen say tonight on CNBC? Didn't she start all this? Where is Ralph Accompora? Why has he stayed so silent? How many fantastic tech bargains will be "discovered" over the weekend? Can we sustain a full week of triple digit declines on the Nasdaq. . . yet continue with further declines on Monday? Did we hit that preset "panic index" point yet? When will this $%#@ bird give up? Could Intel light a fire under techs when it reports earnings next week? Will the hedge funds get their hands out of their pockets on Monday? . . . Tuesday? . . .Ever? Has there been enough pain yet? Is everyone OK? Could we get our long awaited rally on Monday morning, only to have it blown by selling into the rally by those who are now very afraid? How much panic will be caused on Monday morning by inexperienced retail investor selling? Will the "buy and hold" strategy work better, now that we have corrected so severely? Will the volatility subside now? Are the brokerage houses making so much money off of margin calls, that they will continue pressuring the markets until they have seen maximum gains on margin liquidation? How much more downside could there be in the Dow? In the Nasdaq Composite? Where is fair value for the better tech stocks? What does the Technical Analysis now indicate for the markets? What does Ralph Bloch say now? Will we continue drifting aimlessly next week? Have we started a bear market? Or will we resume our bullish ways, though a bit more reserved? Why do I feel like rubbing my feet in the dirt, snorting and charging after something? How will Asia and Europe markets respond to this plunge and could their drop in turn effect Monday's open. Do we believe that closing lower on a Friday means a further drop on Monday? Or will investors see the bigger picture and jump in right here on Monday? Will we gap up? Or down? When are the Wall Street Fat Cats leaving for Tuscany and Cannes? Has the new Wealth Effect caused an even newer Poverty Effect? Can you even imagine what it must be like for those that held on to all their tech stocks. . . ignoring all the warning signs? Did they lose half their money? 75% of it? How many of them lost everything on margin calls? How many SI members will suddenly disappear? How many of you guys began loading up on bargains today? How thankful are you that you jumped out of techs in mid-March? How much have you now saved in unrealized losses, due to heeding the warnings posted here at HOME? What's my cut? <g> Why is it that "safe" plays like banks and retailers and every one of the 30 Dow industrials lost big, too? Wasn't this selloff supposed to be just about technology? Will there be more upgrades or downgrades on Monday morning? Have we hit bottom? Have we now overcorrected? If not, how much longer can this go on? How many more questions am I going to ask?
