Wonder whether the auditor balked at offering an opinion on financial statements dominated by receivables from LFT? Dorian would lose a lot of face if he reclassified those recievables as doubtful. All of those claims of profitability would fly out the window. Of course, many of us expect this outcome eventually. IMHO, it's just a matter of how long he can stall. Things are not looking very good in Rancho Cucomonga.
