Sorry freeus, you had to be here to understand.

Didn't it close at 3320?

In a freeus freefall like this, anybody's guess as to bottom.

Does that mean next stop 2900?

o~~~ O

Freeus:

Having watched today's action (on and off between chores and errands and what have you) I stand by the JMO from before we opened this morning:

Message 13423012

I'm with Moonray on this - Monday's last wave of forced margin call selling will give us the bottom by lunch time or so. Could be around 2900 on the NAZ before the institutions start some big buying - they can't sell their major tech stock holdings here (who's to buy but them?), so they have to start putting all that sidelined cash to work sometime.

All those gray hairs/gray suits on CNBC finally got their jaw boning wish, too bad all their beaten up "value" stocks got wiped out along with the techs. Just wait for the Greenspan bashing to start now.
