S&P off 82 now...where it sits an hour before Monday open should be the leading indicator for the start of the day.

OPEN LETTER OF SUPPORT FOR THE TRAC TEAM;

Earlier today I sent an e-mail to CEO Hertz thanking him and saying that I think he has done a good job. IMO, it's very rare (30 years of watching) to find a company so concerned about their shareholders and customers, some examples;

1. CEO polls members regarding what to do with future profits(democratic collective wisdom principle).

2. CEO commits himself to a binding poll regarding how many shares he can sell per week (demostration of trust).

3. Officer's and employee's of TRAC post here and on many other internet threads in an attempt to make customers happy; even in the face of some of the most intense bashing and ridiculing I've ever witnessed (demonstration of intent for TRUE customer service).

4. All data regarding TRAC's number of trades executed and total members is openly available to all at all times(not trying to hide anything).

5. All account holders have received gifts from the company as a sincere token of their gratitude for helping them grow so fast.

6. Monthly CEO chats (via channel 4) to keep all members and shareholders informed of company progress (not just the institutions).

7. Company acts as quickly as possible to implement viable suggestions from it's member's (via TellTrack)

These are just a few of the reasons I like this company and I'm proud to be shareholder. I think your candor is so far ahead of the conventional thinking that most people just can't comprehend it, thus they ridicule it. Well, I GET IT,and I appreciate it.

Keep up the good work.

:)
