You may have a good point. We'll see if those familiar names are here next week.

I have to think that anyone in the real "mob" is probably too smart to go long or short. They usually control the house in other fields so why not in stocks? Just my theory now in response to your post lol..

i think it was businessweek that had a report on the mafia in stocks a few years ago. it was a very scary read. your local library (do people still use those?) may have it on microfilm or maybe it's online.
