Just a quick overview of DTSI is the following:

Insiders own 7%, almost always net buyers.
Current price = 8 5/8
Book Value = 11 5/8
Revenue = 55 million
Market Cap = 18 million
PE = 24
Price/Sales = 0.5
Cash = $2.00/share
Long Term Debt= 3 million
Institutional ownership is at 50%.

The stock is also getting crushed with the crash this week. I'd love to see what you think, so I don't make the mistake that I almost made with CPWR. Still quaking in my boots after dodging that bullet.
