oh, of course not, Donny. My comments were not about the price of the stock, which has borne up better than many.

i made the mistake of buying to fast to early.

Donny, it was a mistake to buy just about any stock this past month, but how could we know? Hindsight is always 20/20.

When money returns to this market, I think investors will pay more attention to fundamentals. Chasing the bubble was profitable for a while but could be costly in the end.

MWAV will show:

- very strong revenue growth this year
- improving profitability
- a shift away from low margin into higher margin products
- majority of sales in the rapidly growing wireless/cellular communication industry
- improving balance sheet

MWAV had a market cap of about $75 million few years ago when the company was doing well. I think the company is doing just as well now, and it gets better going forward. The market cap now stands at about $10 million. It will and must go up.

I believe in it and I will stick to it.

Regards,

Tom
