You two make me sick, and that's hard to do.

1. Nobody enforces the off-topic/20 posts rule unless they feel like being an a-hole.

2. I've seen many people kicked off SI who were "influencial" either in reality or just in their own minds.

Now that the true non-investors have left the party, it's on to better things.

Consider the fact for those that think the sky is falling, where there is a seller there is a buyer.
Take a look at October of 1998 when the market hit the skids. I bought a huge amount of Cisco at that time, and everyone thought I was crazy. It's now one of my smartest moves. Take a look at the 2 or 5 year chart for info.

Hopefully all of the margin calls are done, the people have stopped panicking, and it's time to start picking up some more cheap stock at these prices. I've seen this gloomy scene before, and it doesn't scare me much. Go down another 1,000 points on the Nasdaq, then I'll worry.
For now, think straight, hold what you have, and start selecting those positive earnings stocks now.

LOL, desperate tactics...if Silicon Investor suspends one of the most bookmarked persons on it, how do you think the readers will feel?

You can try it, it's to their demise...because they get a TON of hits because of me.

Do you ever listen to yourself. Are you really that full of yourself or are you just trying to get a rise out of us. How can you possibly think that posting such nonesense gets you respect.

As for the real business of the day. CSCO held up pretty well today. YOu still calling for $45?

Stock Operator,

General question: Are you making your "Puff" assertions that Cisco is going to $45 based on the idea that the "generals" were in line to get shot?", or did you see Goldman Sachs and the other big boys shorting the hell out of the stock all week long and you then assumed that they were trying to break this down?"

The point is $45 is too low by more than a couple of points so you're going to lose the beer bets. Cisco may hurt a touch more on Monday morning but it will be short lived IMO.

"We'll know by 11:00am Monday, won't we."
