Question - I heard about this product called iCR that is being touted as a big competition to Seibel's CRM software.

Anybody know whose that is? What I know:
Company is about 2 years old.
Company is public.
Company has a stock price of around $50 or so.
Company's stock took a dive. Now 1/8th what it was.
Company's product name is "iCR".
