It's way too late to invade and annex Cuba, the US had no moral right to do so the first time. Eisenhower knew that. Even Kennedy, that's why he didn't want on the record the US assistance in the Bay of Pigs invasion. Invasion is out of the question, it would be interfering in a civil war in a separate sovereign nation. Again. And the embargo is quite clearly not working. I don't know what the answer is, but i am certain of this specific thing it is not; It is not the kidnapping of children.
