Welcome to the tech wreck! I have not sold, and will not. I cannot imagine that this will not turn around.

Chaz, you may have been the smart one to cash out, but I just could not do it.

1) The figures today did not indicate that much inflation, IMO.

2) The companies we are in are still doing the same as they were 2 weeks ago.

3) Any statement from me as to which way the market will go on Monday would be a total guess.

4) I do not need to sell any stocks for running money for a long, long, time.

I think, from reading this thread, that we have some people here were using options and margins, and are getting wiped out because of that choice.

I would have been better off, short term, to have been in only the top 5 to 10 Gorillas and Kings. By being in those 10, plus 20 other techs, I am down more. Long term, say 2 years, I think I will do better. The 20 are all in the optical and communications area, and are not real wild.

I put together a watch list of Fiber on 3/37, consisting of 24 companies, and it is down 58% since then. That was the wild bunch!!

If we are going into a recession,I have guessed this economy totally wrong, and I will have to go back to work next year. But, I still don't see it that way.
