Hi they have Abby on tonight and i am thinking to myself you have AG going one way and now MS Cohen going to calm the public, political debate ?
I talked to my girlfriend today who lives in San Jose a house two bedroom went at 250 thousand above asking price. It must be hell there for people who aren't in tech.

got this this morning:
Due to changes in SURETRADE's internal cost of borrowing, we have
found it necessary to review and revise our margin rate schedule.
As you can see, SURETRADE remains committed to providing low
margin rates to our customers.

Effective April 16th, 2000 any margin account with SURETRADE will
be subject to the following margin interest rate schedule based on
broker call rate*. Currently, the broker call rate is 7.75%, which
has been in effect since March 22, 2000.

AMOUNT VS. BROKER RATE AS OF
BORROWED CALL RATE 3/22/00*

$1 to $49,999 .25% over broker call 8.00%
$50,000 to $99,999 at broker call 7.75%
$100,000 to $499,999 .25% below broker call 7.50%
$500,000 or more .50% below broker call 7.25%
