As much as I remember, it was the total incremental cost of building an RDRAM PS2 versus an SDRAM or DDR DRAM PS2.

Sorry I can't be more help.

A serious suggestion -- why not e-mail Harmon and ask him to explain his statement? You could probably try to get him through Rambus IR. Worth a shot at least.
