At this point I hope the judge throws the book at them. As far as I can see (and I haven't been following the story closely til I saw the video, although I've been catching up) the father has done everything asked of him except defect. The only things I see the nuts in Miami doing is bolstering Castro's popularity in Cuba and slowly alienating the rest of the world. Someone had better tell them that in the US we don't allow for and won't stand for kids being used for the purposes of political propaganda.
