Mike, thanks for spelling the waves out a bit...btw, i don't think there's anything outlandish about the targets you have mentioned. look at the wave sequence of a Nasdaq p/e chart, and consider the possibility that the p/e could fall back towards its multi-year trading channel from before the bubble began to take shape. now THAT would yield scary long term targets...:)

btw, i don't expect it to necessarily do that - but i won't rule it out either.

as for expectations, lets see first what tone is set over the weekend by the propaganda machinery. while the Nasdaq 3 of 1 may be completed, there's still the problem that the Dow may be in a big third wave as well, which looks not complete (it may be a C of 4 however, which would be the alternate bullish view). and third waves always enjoy broad participation...
