hey rog....
i still have found myself getting caught up in the bs hype...a habit that is hard to break....after going out thursday night and blowing out the 'cobwebs of the head'
thanks to my old buddy 'jack daniels'...works everytime...
i now have put 4 pieces of paper on each corner of my screen...each and every one of them says the same thing....
'trade the chart, that says it all'...no more getting caught
up in the hype(for a while anyways)....just use the charts....they are your friend....

and another friendly reminder....
always use stop losses, never own or sell anything that you do not have a stop loss in place after the initial buy or sell order....at least that way...you are the man in control
of your own destiny...and if you get stopped out....you can turn right around and go with the flow....up or down....you might take a small loss of your choosing...but...you will
know where it is going and can 'profit from it'......

i had a stop loss in on the dow futures friday...
at 11290....i had sold the dow at 11160....they ran it back up and knocked me out...so...being the trader ....i waited to see how high they could take it on the chart...then when i saw the sells coming in...i nailed it again...rode that sucker all the way down to 30 points from the bottom ,recouped the loss plus a whole lot more....
but...because of the stop loss of my choosing...i was limiting my potential losses to 1300 bucks...
