This is a bit of a special case, imo. The rule is for companies who fail to file after having been compliant, but was hitt actually ever in compliance with the rule?

hitt was scheculed to be delisted on April 7 if they weren't current with filings. The NT filing is what kept them from being delisted. Today's 8K negates the NT filing, which means they were not really in compliance on April 6. A case can be made for instant delisting, but I don't think they will.

30 days from Original 10K due date sounds reasonable. That gives them until on or about April 30, the day DR now says the 10K will be filed. What a coincidence, eh? This will keep the most gullible of the sheep caught up in hope, believing the 10K is going to be filed just in the nick of time to prevent delisting.

...Mezz - adenstamps.com anyone? It's available. LOL
