Want to know who REALLY got the shaft this week? I made an interesting connection last night. As we all know the internuts have taken a massive hit this week, quite possibly a death blow for many of them. Does anyone remember a CNBC conversation early this week where they talked about IPO lockups? They said to "watch out because many of the internut IPO lockups were expiring in a few weeks". How would you like to be one of those executives who worked so hard to build a company. You were a millionaire many times over on paper for months but could not access any of it due to the lockups. Now, just before you can get at all of those millions, they vanish into thin air. These guys probably feel like CRAP right now. THEM I have a little compassion for. Of course the smart ones shorted their stock on the way down this week, and will deliver the shares to cover when the lockups expire.
