"The current valuation is stupidly cheap." Could be, at current float or conservative estimates of dilution. One should be neither worried nor sanguine but realistic.

One prudent approach would be planning for a scenario where Russia increases short term Pd exports and NAP dilutes not only through the upcoming equity financing but through conversion of preferred shares to common.
