Your points are well taken Darleen. A few years ago, I used to manage a $200 million IT budget for a large consumer products company. My experience, after seeing hundreds of consultants come in on projects, is that the good ones are also the best at marketing. They come in, do their specific project, and identify a need which leads to further business for their company (both in software sales and additional consulting). So while I do not argue with the fact that margins are greater in software, I would expect service revenue growth to drive growth on the software line.
