I just did a search on "Pluvia" on all the SI boards. It looks like all of his posts have been REMOVED except for those at these sites:

rruuuuffff....that's a mouthful what you wrote.

My comments about some of the self-styled analyst reports that are either published on the boards or released (after payment of the business wire fee) as a PR is that there is an intent to manipulate after selective disclosure.

But how is this different from Merrill disclosing to their select clientelle and then releasing their report to the media??? I think that if someone puts in their time to do the research then that report is their own and they can do with it what they want. These boards provide a medium for the smaller people to share ideas but they're not limited to that. If I were to do extensive research whether or not I care to share that info is my choice, right? Or if I want to share it with a select group that's still my perogative. And whether or not I have a position consistent with my research would also be my perogative, wouldn't it?
