Yes, the 64 cents cash level is down from prior 69 cents. Pretty good burn rate last quarter paying Terrell his Franco Nevada like salary and redrilling the same holes. I disagree somewhat with Elizabeths's assessment of the shareholders. I think Terrell followers are now few and far between.

However, we need an alternative or viable white knight, and with the meltdown of the internet scams, the chances for that have increased dramatically, and I think it will be Crew. I don't see a big windfall coming for shareholders but certainly somewhat of a premium over today's prices and the cash value. More importantly the new combination would be a better bet for us. The expense of the proxy now won't be wasted by an internet or tech transformation announcement. As far as Hwini-Butre, the jury is still out, as it needs some serious attention.

You may as well ignore the properties as the market has already given up on Africa in general. I would like to see the St. Jude board of directors strengthened with the appointment of at least one independent. This would make it less likely that the treasury will be depleted on more lousy projects.
