Do not overlook the fact that this is a watershed mark in our history. Indeed if the market continues its current state Greenspan will forstall raising rates. The consumer spending, and Oil prices will decline removing the need for rate hikes. As with 87 I think Real estate and speculative causes will abate and though stock prices will increase we will have taken a step back. The risk/ratio has increased and the markets will not be the same.
