was thinking about nibbling on MSFT monday

but what if too many softee's do that and Greenspan & DOJ find out, they might think we were showing "irrational exuberance" and tighten the screws even more.
I think I'll wait until msft crosses above the 10 day ma, or even the 5 day ma, or just wait until it closes higher than the previous day. There is also the DOJ penality phase coming up, so why not buy SUNW or CSCO instead.

Not me. Not selling but MSFT's recovery may be slower as I see cash coming into the issues with strong RECENT performance and without the uncertainty of lawsuits when the recovery begins. MSFT I expect to be much slower after an ititial pop that will allow more departures. No longer any reason to buy SOFTY IMO until the doj suit is settled as performance will not be up to the standards of 2 years ago until then....
