Sam for the last two years I've invested SOLELY in Internet stocks and similar new economy stocks. I would love to hold core positions, but their volatility and my dependence on them for my livelihood have so far prevented me from doing so. While my net worth has increased many, many times over that period, this recent decline combined with the huge tax bite financed with depreciated $ is forcing me to reevaluate my investment strategy. (Independent of my wife's prodding, of course. <g>)

I don't know how it will all play out, as anything but New Economy and volatility bores me to tears.... ;)
