Barron's online "reviews" simply aren't credible. They should stick to business, though I do know TRADECAST is used all over the place in daytrading firms (I've seen them used in at least 4 firms I've visited).

I can't fathom how they chose NDB as the #1 online broker. Frankly, NDB is a rock-hard piece of buffalo dung, and I now think because NDB is a major advertisor in Barron's they were favored in the survey.

The interface is screwy, I get logged off every 2 minutes, password here, password there, "Are you absolutely sure you want to submit the trade?" ...." Are you sure you're sure?", "Scrumpy54698 are you positive ?" ... CRIMINY, JUST MAKE THE TRADE !!!!! . As much as I moan about Datek, 98% of the time the trade gets executed.

Another thing... a friend of mine who recently moved $400, 000 to Cyber now tells me they strictly enforce Regulation T (?), which SEVERELY curtails trading the same stock all day on margin. What's the point then?

Be careful and read the fine print.
