Webpilot, whether they cover their deficit by running down their cash or selling off their IMG stock, the decline in book value will be the same. No one will be fooled by a one time event such as a stock sale. Subtracting out the proceeds of a stock sale to see how the companys core business is doing will be relatively easy to do. Many investors will be interested to see what progress they are making towards getting to profit on an ongoing basis. Since no new states have passed mandatory 10 year smoke alarm laws. growth in the 9 volt battery line is slowing. IMHO, they need success in new products such as the pouch cells and rechargeable products plus some wins for the high rate cells of Ultralife UK. If they continue to lose 3 to 4 million dollars every quarter they will soon be history. The IMG stock can only be sold once. If the don't fix the problems that cause them to lose money quarter after quarter they will run out of assets to sell off.

>>Additionally, there is always the possibility that ULBI has sold off some of it's shares in IMG. This could make the bottom line look much better.<<
