The old line companies have been buying back their stock for months now.

From where I sit, it's the new companies canceling all their secondaries that tells me the bloom is off the rose. Talk about legalized robbery; IPO a few million shares at $12 so you can do a secondary for 7 million at $60 or higher, when the spotlight has passed.

Maybe some of the money chasing crazy secondaries will come back to more reasonably priced stocks.

The next thread should be titled "The Stock Market Shakeout" as the next generation of winners makes it through the storm and the carcasses of the rest pile up in a heap.
