It was only about 20% in one day. The loss was about 520 pts. - market was around 2,500 or so. jeff

I agree with you, the biggest threat was how global markets will react to this internet meltdown, if you look all around even today F EK have come with good earnings. The main calender of earnings begins this week if the core holdings like CSCO NOK IBM MSFT INTC perform like SUNW and AMD and others these stocks have the capacity to build a formidable challange to the selling pressures.. The identification of winners have already begin and I would assume once DOT settles we will see a much well balanced market..
