I have been thinking of creating one, as well as a broker rating BBB-type deal.

In fairness to some, though, I should think rating targets set before mid-March should all be null and void, because they were set based on the existing speculative fervor which is now tempered. Even the analysts cannot be faulted for the bubble burst.

It is clear that some houses and analysts retain great influence. Abby JC, for instance, defined the top and now defines a rational bottom. I'd trust her take simply because she clearly influences the MMs.

On the flip side, I've never trusted Lehman since it was selling into the very rise it was pumping, with KOREA last December. Of course, I don't expect the SEC to touch a big dawg when guys like TJ offer fresh meat.

In setting up a rating site, I'd need some help in its definition and creation....
