dude, how many of them got in at 8 and still holding, at that time, if you get a double, you are so grateful that you are cashing out ...
so I believe a lot of CIEN people at this time has an entry point much higher than that ...

as stated from an earlier post, if you take away the INTC, CSCO and MSFT ... you will find a lot of the Nasdaq stocks below 30% of their high ...

basically anyone who bought any Nasdaq stock this year and is still holding, they are severely underwater ...
Just check some of the internet funds, almost all of them are down 30-40% year to date, and down 45-60% from just a month or so ago ... if this is not a bear market, I don't know what is ...
