I used to try to maintain my claim to have been the very first person ever to use the word "dipster," but it went so rapidly into general use that one might as well try to claim the invention of "dipstick." However, if there is ever any money to be made by describing AJC as a "stuffed owl" I must insist that it be paid to me. Of course that means that I would be the only person to sue for damages, too, I guess--except who ever collected damages for a compliment?
