Well FWIW, Cramer on CNN says buy JDSU here and that it will spring back quicker.

Any technology company with accelerating profit and positive cash flow will do great in the long run. JDSU is a market leader and will remain so until fiber optics becomes obsolete. Dotcoms' collapse is due to low barrier to entry, everyone can start a website and sell stuff. JDSU has no worries there.
