QCOM has traced out 3 waves up from the October 1998 low of 5 to a Wave 3 High of 200. Wave 4 down has now retraced 50% of that move, a typical retracement. If this wave count is correct, minimum expectation should be 200-250 for the next wave up and worst case is about 80, a 61.8% Wave 4 retracement.
