IEI is the Irrational Exuberance Index, it was above 3 as long as RMBS was above +3, you had no visits from any bears for that wonderful six weeks period. But, the bulls where full of boos and baas, and even a nice guy like I was often chided for my GTC at $122 (VBG). I was asked, nicely, more than once to come back on board of the bus or risk missing the trip of my life.
