I explain it like this:

If it doesn't happen enough for you to make money consistantly doing it, then it's not a pattern. I'm also not a day trader, because more times than not, they lose money.

I don't know if the pattern exists in the first place, so I couldn't begin to explain it. But now you are telling me that there are days when the pattern is not in place, and that you are not willing to test it anyway.
