<<"My only doubts are: 1) how much debt can the company withstand before reaching profitability;">> Past that point now!
<<" 2) how many shares will be issued before a serious dilution occurs to current shareholders;">> Past this point -- WAY PAST this point!
<<" 3) has the IPO market been permanently scarred (or at least 1-3 years forward) to prevent GlobalCenter from being offered?">> Time frame unknown -- but no time soon that is certain. The '.coms.' are finished for awhile,, will non '.coms' be the 1st or last to recover is the question. IMO anything Inut will not prosper and that is the reason that even Alta Vista has been pulled from next week. Since the high-flying Inuts will do poorly non-Inuts may do worse when trying the IPO waters..
This puppy looks to be in a coma for a very long time... too late to sell and much too early to buy...

Dear adfalorem: If you read and believe the companies press release in connection with the secondary, there will be no more debt at least this year. They say between the proceeds from the secondary and the expected proceeds from the ipo's they have all the funds they will need to complete their business plan this year. JDN
