So they really got some Lawyers after you guys?

Dan,

investment wise, Scumbria's the guy to watch, he's the one who was going to short RMBS at 400.

I was doing pretty well with my predictions until I did that MIPS thing on Thursday. It will take me years to reestablish my credibility!

Re: he's been threatened with lawyers by the Rambus guys....

Greetings Dan,

Darn, I never knew it got to that point. Last summer the rambus longs called me "typhoid Dan" for my posts pointing out what a stupid idea rambus was. But I got tired of it all (and couldn't afford to keep spending the time) before rambus started sending out letters (or whatever they did).

I would have enjoyed being awarded a letter from Rambust :-)

Carl was the best at proving the idiocy of Rambus, no wonder that they were frightened enough to threaten him.

I envy you your lectures. My wife's a brilliant litigator - with her coaching (and backup) I think I'd have had quite a bit of fun with their lawyers.

Regards,

Dan
