I don't disagree with your post. Is management actually dumping? Or is it merely getting out on an illiquid position at the first available opportunity. Again, I don't have a position but was attracted here by the strength of KREM. Usually the strong stocks are the first to participate in an upward reversal.

If I had most of my net worth tied up in an illiquid investment, I'd sell a chunk of my holdings on a successful IPO, wouldn't you?
